For God’s Glory

Reading: John 9:1-7

Devotional:
The blind man didn't suffer because of sin—his or his parents'—but so "the works of God might be displayed in him." This radical truth challenges our fairness-obsessed culture. Sometimes God allows difficulty not to teach us a lesson, but to reveal His glory through us. The man lived forty years in darkness, yet when healing came, he didn't complain about the wait—he celebrated the miracle. Your struggle might be the platform God uses to demonstrate His power to a watching world. Are you willing to be the vessel He chooses, even if it's uncomfortable? God's glory isn't just shown in miraculous healings, but in faithful endurance. When you love God despite your handicaps and hardships, you become a living testimony that He is worth more than comfort. Today, surrender your need for immediate relief and ask God how He wants to display His glory through your situation.
