Reading: John 3:1-8
Devotional: Nicodemus, a learned religious leader, came to Jesus seeking truth. Jesus' response cut through all religious pretense: "You must be born again." Salvation isn't about knowledge, tradition, or good works—it's about spiritual transformation. When we're born again, our spirit comes alive to God. Our old nature wars against this new life, but the Spirit within us is eternal, incorruptible, and connected to the Father. This rebirth is the foundation for everything else—without it, we cannot truly love God or effectively love others.
