Reading: Ezekiel 37:11-14
Devotional: The valley of dry bones was not a winter season. It was the result of a nation that had persistently turned away from God. There is a critical difference between a winter season, which God ordains for growth, and a dry season, which results from unaddressed sin. One leads to renewal. The other leads in circles. If you find yourself returning to the same place of defeat, the same broken patterns, the same unanswered prayers, it is worth asking God honestly whether the issue is a season or a sin. He is ready to breathe life back into dry places. The way back begins with honesty before Him.
