Reading: 1 John 2:15-17

Devotional: Every day you wake up, you are standing at a crossroads. Pastor Charlie drew a sharp line between two kingdoms — the kingdom of light and the kingdom of darkness. There is no neutral ground. The world offers comfort, pleasure, and status, but these are passing away. God offers something the world cannot manufacture: eternal life rooted in his love. Ask yourself today: which kingdom is shaping my decisions, my desires, and my daily routine? The things of this world are temporary. The will of God endures forever. Choose the eternal over the temporary, and let that choice define how you live today.

Reflection: What is one area of your life where the world's values have quietly replaced God's values?

Application: Write down one habit or pattern that pulls you toward the world rather than toward God. Commit to replacing it this week with something that draws you closer to him.
