Do Not Be Afraid—Good News Has Come
Reading: Luke 2:8-14

When the angel appeared to the shepherds, their first reaction was terror. Yet the angel's immediate response was, "Do not be afraid." The message that followed was one of great joy for all people—the birth of our Savior. Throughout Scripture, whenever God shows up, He tells His people not to fear. Why? Because His presence brings peace, not panic; hope, not horror. The good news of Jesus is that we no longer have to live enslaved to fear. Christ came to save, to restore, and to give us abundant life. Whatever frightens you today, hear the angel's words echoing through time: "Do not be afraid." God is with you, and His plans for you are good.
