Praying with Conviction

Reading: James 5:13-18
Devotional: How do you pray? Do you approach God tentatively, doubting whether He really cares or can help? The sermon challenges us to pray with conviction, believing God will do what He says. When praying for healing, breakthrough, or salvation, pray with 100% belief that God can and will move according to His perfect will. This doesn't mean we manipulate God or that every prayer gets answered exactly as we want. It means we trust His character completely. Like the persistent widow or the friends who lowered their paralyzed companion through a roof, we keep praying, keep believing, keep trusting. God's "no" or "wait" doesn't mean He doesn't love us—it means He sees what we cannot and His plan is greater than ours.
