Reading: Proverbs 27:17; Hebrews 10:24-25

Devotional:
Iron sharpens iron, but the process creates sparks. God intentionally places people in your life who challenge you, frustrate you, and push your buttons—not to make you miserable, but to refine you. Just as Jesus gathered disciples with completely different backgrounds and perspectives, God builds His church from unexpected combinations. The fisherman, the tax collector, and the zealot shouldn't have worked together, yet through their friction, transformation happened. Don't avoid the difficult relationships or run when community gets uncomfortable. That's precisely where growth occurs. The rough edges of your character are smoothed away through interaction with others. Stay committed when you'd rather leave. Persevere when relationships feel hard. The beauty that emerges from staying in community far exceeds the temporary comfort of isolation.
